C section pee pain

10 weeks post csection and having pain with urination that started around 3 weeks postpartum. I would describe it as an intermittent pain high in the vagina or coming directly from the bladder. It isn’t painful every time i go, its maybe every second or third time throughout a day and is only at the end of peeing when I’m almost finished. It is not a UTI as I had a clean urine test and the only thing the doctor could come up with was may be bladder spasms and that if it doesn’t improve I can make an appointment on my own to see a urogyn. wondering if anybody else had a similar experience.
