First OB-GYN appointment!

So the app I use is telling me I should be 5 weeks and 1 day today. I have my first OB-GYN appointment next Monday the 19th. I'm kind of nervous but also very excited, as this is my first❤️Can anyone tell me if it's likely that they'll also do an early ultrasound too or not yet?
