Looking for an old-fashioned antique vintagesque name for our baby boy. What are some of your great grandfather names? ♥️

We agreed immediately we would not use grandparents names and here’s why: Burchard, Wilbur, Ysidro, and Dennis. The last one isn’t so bad but none of our family names are reusable 😂

Look up the top baby names for 1950s or earlier. That’s what I did when I was having my son bc I love old names bc he won’t have the same name as 10 other classmates. I also looked at my and my husbands heritage for name inspo. I am of welsh and Scottish decent and have a welsh name myself, and we named my son Ellis which is also a common welsh name but we’ve only met one other Ellis here in Canada so far.
