what could this be? flea allergy?

the first one is under my knee & it’s swollen. this bumps itches and burns when touched. i have dogs and did find a few fleas of them. maybe i’m allergic to flea bites or maybe something else bit me? anyone had bites like this and figured out what it was? i feel like this keeps happening
