Need more opinions!

I got this picture yesterday at 16 weeks from a gender reveal place. The tech was 95% sure it's a girl but my friends say it looks like a boy and I'm not sure! Any thoughts from anyone who has seen a lot of ultrasound pics or might know better? Thanks!
