*PICTURES* What could cause this?

***WARNING***
My boob was hurting, I looked down @ it & then touched it. This stuff came out when I touched it. I squeezed it and more came out. My nipple is swollen in the area where this came out at as well. What could this be? I've never had anything like this happen before.

Update - There hasn't been any more discharge after the 2 times, that were back to back. I still have a knot/lump in that spot.

If you aren’t pregnant and haven’t nursed recently than 100% go to the doctor. Also feel your breasts for any lumps.
Discharge isn’t a good sign

Are you pregnant or have you nursed a baby? If neither of these, maybe consider putting a call in to your provider. The discharge/pain/swelling could indicate something underlying. If you’re pregnant or have been nursing, I wouldn’t worry as much since sometimes a duct will get clogged and cause swelling/pain and that discharge can be almost pus-like once it makes its way down.
