So worried

I’ve literally just done a test , I’m a few days late but cramping extremely badly like I’m about to come on , I’ve had a child before and I’m worried that something is wrong as I never had cramping with her, I’m so worried about an ectopic pregnancy or something as the pain is literally like I am going to come on my period I don’t know what to do
