Abnormal Period, Pain, & Discharge

Hey guys!! So I’ve had my Mirena IUD in for a little over a year now. Just a couple months ago my cycle seems to be going haywire! I spot throughout the month, get ghost cramps for a few days at a time all throughout the month, get shooting pelvic pain, my period never comes on time now, and my discharge seems to be tinged light pink every now and then?? And sometimes brown specks mixed in? I’m so confused!!!! Has anyone else been experiencing this or have any reason that could explain this?? Thank you🥺🌷
