Extreme engorgement
Please help! I’m 3 days PP, have been exclusively breastfeeding. My milk came in today and my boobs are sooooo hard. There are hard lumps all over both of them too. Boobs are so hard that baby can’t latch anymore. I tried pumping, massaging and hand expressing and they are still just as hard. Absolutely nothing gives me relief. Any suggestions?
