Does anyone see ANY change
I’m about to give up on this journey!!!
It’s been to long and I see no change!!
I go to the gym 5 days a week do some weights and cardio. Eat fairly healthy. I do follow 1,600 cal diet with one cheat day a week mostly.
But the hips, come on 😡 and the loose belly skin.. when will I look a tad more tone
