Robert Munsch Story

So this is a long shot, but I’m about to give up haha

My daughter wants to read the Robert Munsch story that has this character in it. She’s also pointed out the canon that’s there as well, I’m just assuming they’re probably in the same story (clown, possibly a circus canon?) I’m more concerned about that damn clown she keeps asking about 😂

It’s not even a character in one of the stories within this book, but I’m assuming it’s from some other Munsch book and I’m hoping that somebody might just know what story it is.
