Blood Clot??

Sorry if this is TMI, but yesterday I started spotting and at first I thought it was implantation bleeding because it definitely did but feel like a period was coming. But this morning I went to the bathroom and found this….any ideas on what that is? I’ve never ever had one of these in the 9 years I’ve been having periods. Plus this one seems off…happening 5 days late? That’s never happened either.

Is it possible I was pregnant, but miscarried? If I was pregnant (which all my friends and I think I was) I would be 4 weeks 3 days today.

Any thoughts??? I am so so so sad I’m not pregnant but I really think I was and that this is a miscarriage…
