Has anyone experienced this? I’m concerned

Hi everyone. Me and my husband are trying to conceive and I’m currently in my estimated ovulation stage(see picture). We had sex early this morning as you can see, and we tried to have sex again this afternoon but we couldn’t because my husband said something inside me was stabbing his penis and that it felt like glass. When he took it out it was red and inflamed like something was stabbing him. I don’t know if it has anything to do with the ovulation or what but I’m concerned. I don’t use toys or anything so there shouldn’t be anything inside me, does anyone know what this could be?
