Special Doctor

So I have been dealing with having trichmonasis for the longest ever since last year and I have taken over 10 medications for it. While having that, the medication have made it worse giving me a UTI then HPV but when i finally got blood work did and it shows that I still have trich. So is there any way a special Doctor exists like one that deals with STDs because I have been to 5 obgyns. I haven’t been sexually active since last year when I found out my narcissist ex was cheating on me.
