Family leave act question
My husband started his job May 31st. And he wanted to take time off when our baby is born. Baby is due December 3rd. Does anyone know if he can take family leave act or does it really depend on his job? Does anyone know how we can figure it out? He doesn’t want to take family leave act if he has a risk of losing his job. We live
in New York if that helps.
