Hyperpigmentation - desperate!

I have really bad hyperpigmentation in my inner thighs and in general my bikini area. I’m guessing my thighs rub together a lot but even my outer lips are pigmented and sorry tmi, but in my butt. Im very insecure even though I know it’s normal.

I want to get a prescription but it’s so hard to see a dermatologist right now for some reason. Has anyone had this issue and maybe used a home remedy or over the counter product and it worked?
