I let him make a decision and most of the time, he’s right and I agree with him.

It depends. I make a lot of the decisions naturally because I am a stay at home mom. I do all things household which includes when to schedule doc appts and what day we can do a date night. My husband works quite a bit so he really doesn’t have the time or commitment into most decisions haha.

I do. I keep the schedules, pay all the bills, make medical decisions, run my own business and run my hubbys business finances. He busts his ass every single day for us so I try to take these things off his plate. We obviously discuss decisions regarding the kids/finances but we’re overall on the same page

It depends. For small purchases we don't usually ask unless we're close to the end of our budget, but if it's over 100 or so we usually ask eachother out of courtesy. If it's about the kids health or something we'll get eachothers opinions and go from there

I make more logistic decisions like what we are eating, when everyone sees a doctor, and domestic decisions like laundry and cleaning. My husband makes more of the financial decisions like paying bills and allocating funds for big projects like getting a new roof or car. So it’s pretty split. Everyone has their duty.

I do make more health decision for the family (I work in the health field) 
My husband makes more of the financial decisions (he works in the financial world). 
But everything else is 50/50
