Will any of this hurt my dog?

We have a shared backyard and our neighbors have a habit of leaving trash/food laying around on the ground. When I took my 13 week puppy out to the backyard, he found a beer can, a soda can, 3 popsicle sticks with candy still on them, chocolate wrappers, ice cream cones, and cheese Doritos on the ground, among other things. They were having a party yesterday. But it’s not just today, it’s an everyday thing.

He definitely ate some Doritos, chewed on the popsicle sticks, chewed on the chocolate wrapper, and ate two pieces of strawberry ice cream cone. Will any of this hurt him? We have been training him since we got him but sometimes he just doesn’t listen and I have to wrestle things out of his mouth.
