Follicles in my right ovary?
What does it mean when an ultrasound report says I have a few small follicles in my right ovary? Do I have a better chance at getting pregnant? I have longer cycles 30-33 days and I am on cycle day 12 and am estimated to ovulate on cycle day 18 (by glow.) I use OPKS but not yet it's a little early in my cycle. Anyone??
