Achy hips?

Is it just me? If I walk or stand too long I get this dull ache in my right hip and lower back. It just makes me want to lay down..

Look up some pregnacy exercises, squats, pelvic tilts, have helped my back so much!!! And they will make yor pelvic floor stronger which you need for labor also walking might help

Mine right hip is the same way..... It hurt the most when I would sleep on my right side at night then I would bearly be able to walk the next day, and tighter pants made it worse so I just switched to maternity pants :)
