Teething and gas
My little boy is almost 3 and getting his final two back teeth in now, he has his hands always in his mouth. I’m used to the normal symptoms with him like red cheeks, drool, extra clingy etc. but he has started being really gassy. No cute farts either! He is still going to the potty all find but just super gassy ally the time. Should I be concerned?
