For moms with boys that are circumcised - how long did you put the gauze & vaseline for?

Baby is a week old & wondering when I can stop putting the gauze & vaseline on every diaper change 😅

Both my boys the gause stayed on for the first 24 hours after and we probably kept putting Vaseline on the front of his diaper for at least 2 weeks, no more than a month for sure, long enough for it to heal to where his diaper wouldn't stick to it

We kept the gauze on for 24 hours with Vaseline and continued with just Vaseline for about a week

They told us to change the gauze and Vaseline at every diaper change for the first week so that was what we did.

I bet I did til a month?    I can’t really remember.  May have been overkill haha.
