Stroller flipped

Hey mamas. I feel like a horrible mom right now. I had my 9 month old in the stroller and luckily he was strapped in. He is a big boy and we are using the toddler stroller and not the bucket seat anymore. But I went to get the mail and I clearly disturbed a wasp nest. We got swarmed by wasps and I was trying to prevent my son from getting bitten, I got bitten about 4 times and one bit me on my hand and I let go of the stroller and it rolled away and fell sideways off the curb and landed on its side. My son started immediately crying. I got him out and comforted him in about 2 minutes. He is acting completely normal and there is no visible signs of injury but I’m so worried. The mom guilt is through the roof… I can’t stop crying.
