What can I take...

I'm almost 10 weeks pregnant and full of a cold (stuffed nose, sneezes and sinuses ache). What can I take to help ease it with being pregnant I can't take lemsips etc.

Claritin, Benadryl, nasal saline rinses, robitussin, guide brain, cepacol for throat, Tylenol, humidifier will also help at your bedside.

I used a netti pot!  Feels amazing!  I also amped up my vitamin c intake.  I think it's called 'airborne'.  It took my 5 days to shake it :/
