Is this something worth stressing about?

*My last relationship was a 4 1/2 year, extremely abusive situation, and I’m only 19. He also would be super manipulative and lie about everything. so I’m trying to figure out what’s normal*

About a month and a half ago I asked this guy that I like to hang out. The first time was 2-3 weeks ago and today was the second time we hung out. I noticed he had Facebook dating. I asked him about it and he said he hadn’t used it since early summer. I was playfully being like “yeah right” so he actually opened the messages and his most recent dated the 11th of this month. I’m just unsure of how to feel because when we first hung out, he had hugged me, was flirting, etc. So not something super important I guess? Idk. Then just a few days ago, he admitted to me that he did like me. And after I left, he said the same thing again.
