Implantation bleeding with clots?

I had an early MC this summer and since then my cycle has been a bit weird… I am pretty sure I ovulated about 4 days ago… this morning I had a bit of red blood and then saw two little clots but I’m only on CD18… is this just my body regulated after the MC? Is it implantation bleeding? Feeling very unclear about everything…

If you only ovulated 4 days ago it wouldn’t be implantation. Also implantation bleeding is rare and extremely hyped up on here and it would not have clots in it as it’s light and mixed with cm. 
Sounds like a hormone issue is going on

Thanks! I know it felt really weird. I’ve been doing OPKs but I feel like my hormones are still out of whack from my MC this summer. Only got my period like once or twice since then and it’s been a bit all over the place…
