Anyone experience a late period due to being ill?

I was due to come on my period on Saturday but became ill on Friday evening with a bad cold. I spent all day Saturday in and out of sleep. I feel so much better now but still haven't come on my period. Don't want to get my hopes up as I have a feeling its just because I've not been well. I'm now 4 days late. I haven't any tests in the house and didn't track any ovulation this month (haven't for a few months now)

Edit.. still haven't come on and it I don't start today, I'll have missed my period completely 🙊
