Yes it happens almost every night. I can’t even stretch because it’ll happen.

Yea, every time I stretch while in bed. Bend your foot up towards your body and point your toes as close upwards as far as you can. It helps release the tightening! Works every time.

Yes and it was so painful I screamed and woke up my husband. It was literally while turning in bed asleep.

Yes! Been trying supplements and put on potassium..still no relief. Also drinking a nuun tablet before bed. Compression socks help the most. But now I’m getting them in my thigh and behind my knee 😅🙄 definitely have your electrolyte levels checked if you can. I’ve been eating a banana before bed and still get them but closer to when I actually wake up. 
My husband has been rubbing my calves and feet before bed the last couple of nights and I think that might be the most helpful thing I’ve found so far.

Same here it’s so bad during the night. I’ve been elevating my legs, taking magnesium and eating bananas hasn’t helped much at all 🥴
