What is progesterone suppose to be at if not pregnant?

I don’t understand progesterone. I’m asking here now to you all. I see my DR tomorrow and will talk about all my blood work then.

I don’t know my cycle day. I had a miscarriage a month ago. Still no period. Wondering if I got pregnant again. My progesterone level has gone up since last draw last week. I feel like I’m just a mess. I don’t understand anything that’s going on anymore and I hate that.
