How far in advance do you send invites (online)?

We are going to have a halloween party this year and just send out facebook invites. This will be our first time hosting anything, so I'm not sure how far in advance I should invite everyone.

For any sort of holiday party, at least a month. That way you catch them hopefully before they’ve made other plans.

I'm a nurse and most of my friends are nurses so I would send it asap lol. As soon as the day and time are confirmed.  But we are different because there's a 50% chance that you're working any given weekend so you need a couple months notice to request it off.
If I had a different job and friend group I'd probably send an invite for a weekend event like that a month out or so. Since normal people don't work weekends lol
