What can I do to change this, she would start crying and eventually screaming if I don’t feed her to go to sleep. 4 months regression was a bitch to us, she went from sleeping from 8pm to 8am (by herself) every night to waking up at 11, 2, 5 and 7 😩 and her naps were shorter and shorter. Right now her naps are getting better but she wont go to sleep unless she’s eating (same at night) . Any tips for this? I tried to feed her when she wakes up so she wont ask for milk when she goes to sleep or even half way throw her wake window but she asks for my breast either way 🤷🏻‍♀️ (she despise the pacifier, she wont take it)
