Panicking or impatient??

Has any one ever uses Netera for genetic testing. I had Netera Horizon blood test completed last Friday, 9/16/2022. This was the only test ordered. And they said I should get back this week . But I haven't heard anything yet. I keep going on their site and it's just says processing. My anxiety is through the roof. I'm pregnant with my rainbow baby twins and I'm just losing my cool waiting. Has any one every used them and how long did it take to get your results. Thank you.
