Healthy pregnancy food question
I’m in my second trimester.
I’ve been eating a good amount of fruits- nectarines, oranges, bananas
And I usually try and have a veggie a day- brocoli and spinach or edamame
I also eat nuts everyday to snack on.
I also have been having yogurt as well each day.
I can’t really stomach eggs and don’t like fish.
What else can I be eating thag I healthy?? I feel like I’m not eating healthy enough
