Negitive pregnancy missed period

Hi TTC family I am currently 5 days late, I test on the 20th but all pregnancy test were negative. I have not been <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> to let things be so I am not sure when ovulation occurred or if it occurred. AF has been irregular last few months but has never exceeded 40 days and this month I’m on 44 days . Should I test again and if so when ?
