Hi all, I am confused between implantation bleeding and periods. It started today 12dpo, first it was pink discharge at night then blood flow in the morning and its not too heavy its a mild flow with no clots (I usually get clots the first day) plus lower back and abdomen cramps are too much, it could be implantation bleeding or no? Plus I got too many pregnancy symptom( migraine, nausea, fatigue since last 2 weeks, sensitivity to smell, mood swings, change in breast appearance).

Please help and suggest
