Ovulation bleeding ????

I’m so confused guys I’ve never heard of this one before. But I’m ovulating today and have been bleeding a little bit. I have small cramps that don’t feel like pms cramps. I had cramps on my right side this morning. The bleeding only happened now it’s 9pm over here. It is very light and pinkish and now I’m freaking out because what is going on 😩😩😩 has this ever happened to anyone else before ?

That happens sometimes. I get it about 50 percent of the time. My doctor said it was fine, not a big deal.

It’s called Mittelshmerz. I get ovulation pain and sometimes spotting. It sucks but it’s nice knowing when you’re ovulating.

Ovulation bleeding/spotting is actually quite common and perfectly normal! I've had it once or twice before but mostly don't have spotting during ovulation. It can vary woman to woman and cycle to cycle.
