Just looking for a little advice.. Trigger Warning.

We miscarried in 2019, since then we've not been tried to conceive until 2021, although we haven't used any protection. My partner (27 - 2 children) has been to a urologist due to his diabetes amd nothing "coming out". he has retrograde ejaculation and has now started taking sudafed and he now "works", yet still, we've not fallen. I'm now thinking it may be a problem with me (28 - 2 children). I'm nearly 29 so getting on a bit, I've just been told I have anaemia again (which I've not had anytime other than being pregnant). My mum had a massive fibroid and ended up having a hysterectomy in her late 40's. She's mentioned this may be something I have due to my anaemia etc. I'm just wondering if anyone has ever been through anything similar or can give advice. We're not eligible for <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> as we have 4 children between us. Just want to know if we should get checked out by the doctors or just give up hope. Thanks all xxx
