Agree with above comments, unless you have recently given birth any leaking form the nipples is bad and could actually be a sign of cancer

Why would you be leaking milk? I’d call your doctor

If you're having nipple discharge you need to go to your gynecologist ASAP. This is not pregnancy related as milk leaking from the breasts does not happen until much later in pregnancy and by the looks of this test you're not even pregnant. Go to the GYN.
