TMI/ Is this an Infection of some sort? I really need advice

I have been getting this on and off for months and have been to the doctor about it and they haven’t said much. Its mostly pretty clumpy & sometimes comes out looser. Has anyone ever seen this before and could help me get rid of whatever this is for good? Any type of advice is appreciated!
