If his feet can turn inwards that’s normal. If his feel are always in that position then no that’s not normal.

Are they stuck in that position? That would be abnormal then.

My daughters did this, it’s called positional club foot, basically the way they’ve been curled up for so long. Just massage them and gently straighten them out. Obviously is they don’t correct themselves then speak to your doctor, but if they’ve not shown any concern it’ll probably go in it’s own xx

You can bring it up with your pediatrician, but my memory is my girls have wonky leg/foot curvature for a bit while they finished cooking in the first three months. They all look normal now. Having bowed legs when they first start walking - at 10+ months - is also pretty normal.
