I’m 35+2 days with my first and I swear I started having actual contractions yesterday. Mainly tightening with some mild cramping and lower back pain, but they happened more often than my previous Braxton Hicks. I’ve had several so far today as well along with some mild nausea that may be due to heartburn. I’ve had some kidney complications (kidney stones) as well as a UTI already this pregnancy and am unsure about preterm labor. I don’t have my next appointment for another week (3 weeks from my last appointment) so I haven’t been checked to see if I’m dilated at all. Don’t know how normal this is due to it being my first pregnancy, and not knowing if I should try to get in sooner with the OB (she’s very difficult to get in with though).

I’m 35 weeks and have been having contractions since last Thursday. Also 2.25 cm dilated according to cervix checks on Friday. They told me I was in early labor and baby could come anytime from a week to 2 weeks from now
