Has anyone had this happen

So I had my first ultrasound today and I was supposed to be 7w6d but I’m measuring 6w0d im kinda sad because that means the baby is going to be born I close to my first birthday and that’s something I didn’t want and the nausea just going to be so horrible because it already is now😥😵‍💫
