Vitex?

👋🏽 I have regular cycles.. 6-7 days, heavy days are 3-4 equipped w/ clots. I’ve been told I have cycts, pcos, and fibroids, but I’ve always had a regular cycle, and no symptoms of pcos.

We are trying to conceive and have been tracking using inito,pre mom, eve.. it’s just not happening for us. I’ve seen where some have said do not take vitex if u have normal cycles.. it’s all so confusing. Might try the mucinex hack I’ve read about ( taken by mouth of course )…

Any natural herbs out there that would be beneficial to our journey?
