anyone else having breastfeeding issues?

im only producing 30ml every 2 hours which is very little as my baby takes 100ml of formula. is anyone going through this?? how can i solve my issue?? thank you

How are you extracting your milk? 
If you are pumping, make sure your flange size is the correct size. This will make a huge impact on extracting milk. Massage your breasts and apply heat before a pump session. Skin to skin during the day is a big benefit to signal your body. Keep hydrated with electrolytes and water! Eat foods like oats & nuts. 
What you are producing is not unusual or a “bad” output. Everyone produces differently and the method of extracting milk will vary person to person. Some people don’t respond well to electric pumps but do well with manual pumps. Some people get more milk with pumps like the haaka or simply just hand expressing. You’ll have to find your method!

Drink lots of fluid and I get way more breast milk extracted using my hakaa then an electric/battery pump.
