How often do you typically poop?

I usually poop two or three times a week so I’m wondering if that’s normal because apparently some people poop everyday.

I think the consistency of the poop matters more eg if it's dry or too round, or on the flip side, too mushy. Sorry to be gross but really I think thats more the sign of constipation (runny poop can mean back up as well). It should be solid but come out easily without much strain.

Everyone has a different normal. As long as there are no significant changes to the frequency or consistency of your bowel movements and you’re not physically in pain, I don’t think you should worry too much.

Thats normal. Just watch for what's normal for you. If you suddenly start going multiple times a day, it might be normal for me, but for you, you should investigate why.

My hubs poops I swear 3-4 times a day if not more- I on the other hand have always been constipated and sometime go ones every week sometimes I go once 1.5-2 weeks

My normal is once a week I’m lucky if I get 2 times a week, but I have a fast metabolism and slow digestion so it take food forever to get through me and I don’t get bloated or anything doesn’t hurt and it’s been like this since I was a toddler and they had me tested everything was fine and it’s my normal🤷🏽‍♀️
