Trying to conceive confused

I am so confused with my chart. I ovulated on August 26, then again on Sepetmber 12. Now according to an ovulation test it says I am in peak again. My cycle has been over 40 days now. My bbt will sometimes stay in the 98 range and then it will drop. Any ideas what is going on? Could I be pregnant after having sex on September 11 and 12 on ovulation day?
