How do you deal with a sibling that is disappointed in gender? I have a son and a daughter. My daughter being the youngest. She begged me to get pregnant wanted to have a baby and once I got pregnant she was so happy and excited! Well of course she wanted a sister and we have had talks about this before I got pregnant and said you know you can’t choose and it could be a boy and she said I know .. so I asked her if she would be sad and she yeah just a little but didn’t make it a big deal. Well yesterday we found out it was a boy and got really upset. I felt so bad. I didn’t think she was going to react like that. I’m just hoping she will be ok. My son cried when we found out she was a girl and he turned out to love her and is she sweetest brother to her.
