ive been on the patch for about a year. Last month i had problems with supplies and had few weeks break then went back on it. Ive noticed the effect on my hormone levels (ai i was moody, tired etc) . now my partner decided he's ready for a baby so i stopped replacing my patch and gone without.

Has anyone had experience with contraceptive patches as in How quickly would i be fertile after stopping the patch?

Would you suggest not actively try for baby straight away? Maybe spend some time to track my body first to let it calm down and normalise ?
