Different HCG levels at different labs?

Ok I’m really tripping out. I went to the ER on Tuesday due to some brown spotting (which has completely stopped that very night) Monday they checked my levels at my OB and they were 1,614 when I went to the ER they next day due to the brown spotting they were 5,914 I went to my OB and they redrew them and they came back at 4,697! Has this ever happened to anyone and everything been ok. I’m so scared I’ve lost 2 babies already. So is it true that the hospital can get a different level then your OB because they are different labs?
