UPDATE! Af due in 3 days, no cramping. Is this implantation bleeding?

Usually I have horrendous cramps all over my body due to endo, I’ve just got to the toilet and seen this…could it be implementation bleeding ?
Update:  just in case anyone finds this looking for answers, it wasn’t implantation bleeding unfortunately.

Looks like fresh, active bleeding, which unfortunately, most likely indicates your period is attempting to start. You can always take a test of it subsides. If it’s positive, any spotting or bleeding should be reported to your doctor! Good luck!
